Each door features an unfinished hardwood veneer, which must be properly finished to preserve appearance and prevent moisture ingress.We recommend using solvent-based or acrylic paints or stains — water-based products are not suitable.

We can supply your door coated in an aluminum based primer, ready to install. Once fitted, you (or your decorator) can apply your choice base and top coats.

Prefer a natural look? WE can pre-coat your door in a Sadolin Classic wood stain (your chosen colour). You’ll also receive the remaining 1L tin, so you can apply two additional coats after fitting.
